YEARLY REQUIRED PARENT INFORMATION UPDATE

AND E-FORM SIGNATURES

This must be completed before your student starts school this year. Please click on the Registration tab above and drop down to on-line registration. Follow the steps. If you need assistance with your username or password for Aspire please call the school at 435-755-2370.
If you need in person help with completing this, the school will be open on Wednesday, August 7 th from 11:00 am until 6:00 pm and on August 8 th from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm.
